As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowStarbucks Corp. plans to close a location at 3021 W. 16th St. as part of a downsizing that the Seattle coffee giant blames on a slow economy and decline in consumer confidence.
About 600 stores will be shuttered nationwide in the pull-back, Starbucks announced July 1.
Only one other Indiana location will close, in the northeastern Indiana town of Bluffton.
