  1. He is nothing but a piece of garbage and should be removed from office immediately. Just another example of how far the GOP has fallen in the last ten years.

  2. Todd thinks the laws don’t apply to him … and I still don’t think he’s fighting the disciplinary commission, he’s fighting the Indiana Supreme Court, all five Republican members of which agreed he went too far in his statements on TV.

  3. Still defiant, Rokita in the third paragraph displays his ignorance when saying his right to free speech was violated. As a lawyer, he should be aware that courts can and often do impose gag orders on attorneys to prevent them from contaminating cases in which the attorneys are involved. Rokita’s desire to continue spouting off about this case is one where a gag order should be considered.

  4. According to his recent answer, Rokita still does not deny the comments he made in that 2023 press release, but he does deny that those statements contradicted his agreement to accept “responsibility for his misconduct.” This says it all, Rokita is such a goof he does not even know what he is saying, and to waste my money on him is in itself a crime for which he should be punished.
