  1. Based on the AMA’s logic, what else must we ban to keep our children from?

“It’s simple, we must keep nicotine products out of the hands of young people.” Dr. Patrice Harris, AMA’s president, said.

Banning doesn’t work, holy cow. How many times do you want to repeat that which you are experiencing right now.

    Dopes.

  2. That is the key thing. The AMA has for how many decades remained silent on banning cigarettes? Sure they have said they are bad and cause cancer but as far as I know, and I am 64 now, have never seen them push for a complete ban on cigarettes. I tend to be a suspicious person when there is a huge push for a ban of anything that doesn’t seem to have better research and facts to back up their premise.
This tends to smell like the very tobacco industry that has been hurt by vaping use by teens. There seems to be no evidence, only opinion, that e-cigarettes or vaping leads to smoking tobacco products. It might very well be just the opposite. It seems more like a “turf war” over the sale of different two different, yet similar products.
