So, just maybe, the solution to fresh food access/food deserts in Indy is to fund Prime memberships instead of funding expensive and unsustainable small neighborhood grocery stores? Or pay a similar amount of Kroger delivery fees.

Unless the real problem is that people don’t have a high enough income to buy food. That isn’t “food access” or “food deserts”…that’s just plain poverty.
