    1. The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 2.77% when Donald Trump exited office at the end of his first term in January 2021.

      Seems to me maybe they went up under the president who came into office under him?

    2. Lololol it was Trump, Rea. He ruined the response to COVID, over-heated the economy, and failed to deliver on his promise of lower rates. Republicans can’t govern.
