  1. Great idea, but the developer/management company has no online profile whatsoever. Pretty big red flag in the hospitality industry. Most management co.’s are keen to brag about their accomplishments online. Not even a LinkedIn Company profile. Wondering if proper due diligence was paid here.

  2. Restoration Hardware is open and wonderful, and now another upscale catch for Butler / White River. With Golden Hill and Newfields, that area is an amenity rich area in the center of the city.

  3. Great to see reuse instead of destruction. Ross Hall is a beautiful structure. Its character and style much more attractive than some new boxy unappealing glass structures.

  4. How this building could even be considered for the wrecking ball without repurposing the interior for this, or student housing is disturbing. Beautiful architecture. Hope it’s very successful.
