    But how about a little effort in helping to revitalize our sagging downtown.
    Downtown Indianapolis needs a lot of help. Help that would also benefit
    Mr. Irsay in the process.

      Downtown Indianapolis is stagnant compared to our peer cities.
      Even Jim Irsay said it about six months ago also.

      Our downtown needs vision and bold plans. Our local corporations,
      including Jim Irsay need to step up and take part.
