Probably would be best to add more parking rather than shrink the building? Or make the main floor more conducive to the area, for coffee, retail, and/or restaurant space, unless I am missing something?
This cities infatuation with dedicated parking garages, spaces, and lots continues to constrain what Indianapolis could be… A pedestrian friendly biking city with ample green space, patios, and gathering areas.
Yep. You see the plan for the new apartment building at virginia and maryland streets? 4 and a half parking spaces per apartment. More of a parking garage with a few residences on top than an apartment building. Ridiculous.
Just another plain old awful architectural design. Another box-blight statement of architectural mediocrity. How boring.
