  1. OK, so where are all these people coming from??? I don’t think Indiana or even Indianapolis is having a population boom. It seems like Westfield is approving every housing development that is proposed. I wonder how the traffic will be when all these developments are finished and folks are driving all over the place. Of course by that time all those who approved these developments will be long gone.

  2. Take a look at Legacy in Carmel, also developed by Paul Rioux and you can see that their approach provides livable options at different price points. Also, they work well with the HOA’s and their interests.
