  1. how is a 14,000 sqft custom mansion on 18 acres of the most valuable land in the region being assessed at only 3.5m? If property tax records are accurate, this owner was getting one heck of a deal. Maybe I am missing something.

  2. This house is in Carmel / Hamilton County, not Zionsville / Boone County. Just because the Zionsville post office delivers mail to a given address doesn’t actually mean an address is in Zionsville.
