  1. These researchers that get paid all this money are so far behind the times. You have been able to get generic version from China and India online for several years now, hundreds of places to purchase and it’s legit.

    1. Yes…and we all know how well drug makers in India and China self-regulate for safety and efficacy [not].

      The FDA, its clinical-trial protocols, and patent protection for regulated drugs all exist for a good reason. The companies that pay to discover, develop, commercialize, and manufacture patented and regulated drugs have a right to earn a return on investment. That’s how America works.

  2. Capitalism is the answer to everything? Almost any new drug can be produced for just a few dollars. That $1000+ price tag pays for the decades of research that produced the drug, unless you can tell me that patent law no longer applies. If that’s the case, the government should compensate the company for taking their intellectual property.
