  1. Hope these individuals get the prison time they absolutely deserve, but at what point to the people “getting scammed” have to look in the mirror and ask themselves, “what legitimate investment could possibly pay 10% back per quarter?” Greed.

    1. The reason it’s always Geist is because where else are you going to park a $2 million yacht in Indy metro area!!

    2. Michael M — there’s no such thing as a $2mm yacht on Geist. That’s where these crooks think they fit in. New money, optics-driven, easy marks. That play doesn’t work where the old money actually is.

    3. I realize there are no boats like that on Geist. Failed humor on my part.

      However, old money falls for these Ponzi schemes all the time. Probably most noted is Madoff Ponzi scheme. Greed knows no boundaries.
