  1. Such a bad idea. All this gambling just makes it easier for the people who cant afford to be gambling, to buy lottery tickets. Grown adults, but no self control. Its not that hard to pop in a gas station somewhere and buy a ticket. The people with no self control can still buy at gas stations but at least they have to make an effort. Oh well, there will be government programs that take care of people who waste their money foolishly.
