How about putting a parenthesis after the direction you are told to put so we know where it actually is? ie. North (East of Downtown)? I never know where the area actually is that IBJ is referencing. Because IBJ’s use of North, South, East & West is skewed from old, outdated terminology of how Indiana’s locations were named. There NEEDS to be a change on how we describe where a section of town is located. How is 38th and Sherman, North? It’s actually several streets East of downtown. I thought IBJ was about talking 56th St and Binford.
