Yes, in general, the ability for Amazon to list online, have in their own warehouse, collect payment for, and deliver, goods that are counterfeit, knock offs, uncertified, or otherwise unfit for any purpose and then absolve themselves of any responsibility claiming that they are merely a 3rd party marketplace is so objectively baloney.
