Carving our “black” districts means the other districts are carved for “whites”!!! On its face, this is “racial discrimination”! Unlike the “Black Caucus”, most of us don’t look at, think of race for everything!/btw, How has Andre Carson made your or anyone’s life better? Lastly, there ARE Black Republicans to vote for!
It’s actually about democrats and republicans, not black and whites.
The current districts 1 and 7 are already cracked and packed.
