    1. A joke? Fishers looks pretty thriving these days. Who’d of thunk a restaurant area east of the “town” would have taken off. Or the Event Center? Or new hotels? I remember driving through Carmel wondering what the heck Brainerd was up to….it could never work. But it just keeps growing…

  1. You mean like all the stores at Keystone at the Crossing, Hamilton Crossing, and Clay Terrace? Why would they want to put two of their stores within a 20 minute drive?

    Retail has been there…Glendale Mall, Castleton Mall, Greenwood Mall, Lafayette Square, Washington Mall.
