  1. “All we’re trying to do here is to make sure that they get paid,” Charbonneau said of hospitals. I’d hope at some point our legislators would want to make sure every Hoosier had access to affordable health care. This does seem to be a step forward though if courts can no longer garnish 25% of a patients wages for medical debt.
