  1. Bad idea. Not good public policy. Given the fact that cybercriminals are using bitcoin ATMs to run their scams, enabling it as an option for financial investment – in any form – is just not secure. Question, are there any provisions for liability to cover any losses? Have to believe that there’s no safety net.
