      Similarly, the Pacers…that sideof the family’s business.

    2. Steven S – SPG is a publicly traded company, so the board has a fiduciary duty to the other shareholders.

    3. The company seemed to do pretty well under Davids leadership.
      I think they have done a wise thing to send their chidren off into the “real world” to gain experience in a company where they were not the child of the key leaders.

      Hopefully Eli can continue the family tradition and help SPG continue to grow.
