Freddy’s is filling the void created by Biglari slashing SnS to the bone (both food and service) in order to compete with the likes of Rally’s it seems.
Freddy’s and Culver’s have profited greatly from Biglari’s incompetence.
The irony of Biglair with his slash and burn management style suing someone for doing the same thing…
Yes, SNS is a bastardized version of its former self. I have no idea who eats there and why.
Biglari stock is up 43% in the last 6 months, 71% in the last year, and doubled in the last 3 years
Biglari stakeholders couldn’t care less that we miss the table service
Biglari’s secret is of how to turn a successfull family oriented community focused restaurant chain into a greasy spoon kiosk food truck without wheels .
ditto to the above. Unfortunately for me, my 15 year old granddaughter loves their food. I like the food, lament the lack of service. Maybe if they returned to staffing properly, it wouldn’t take 10 or more minutes to get a shake brought to your table…
But yes, people still go there. Until they don’t Biglari will continue to treat his customers with unbridled contempt.
My first job was as a curb waiter for SNS(I know that dates me). I have always loved the food, but it has broken my heart to see what Biglari did to the brand. I’m actually surprised that the chain has lasted this long.
