  1. They were shareholders and left the company they had “ownership” stake in without any notice? These guys sound like people I would trust with my money (or not)!

    1. That’s an easy analysis, it’s hard to know what was going on behind the scenes and perhaps they felt like it was the best way to exit. Unless you have some specific knowledge of the internal situation it’s hard to make that assessment…

    2. It’s surprising that the company would have an operating agreement that allows people to leave the company but remain shareholders. Unless of course these three had a major say in helping write the operating agreement.
