  1. Make this guy Director of the department of dimwits, and see if he can turn things around. We all know Meagan is so far over her head her north arrow is pointed straight up her hindparts.

  2. I like his approach. It’s worth noting that regardless of what is built for what reason….invariably requirements change. Solid examples are Michigan and New York streets. They were made ‘one ways’ in order to provide faster, less congested commuter corridors in and out of downtown serving the booming east side. Interstates, deindustrialization in certain areas along with population shifts eventually made these two arteries dangerous, under utilized thoroughfares reduced to 2-way traffic. When I was a kid, Massachusetts Avenue (not Mass Av) was a dump, considered dangerous. It was a haven for what were classified as ‘Gypsies’,….hardly a ‘hip’ entertainment, dining area.

    1. It was actually called the ‘hell hole’. In the 70’s it was known as the shooting and murder capitol of the entire city!

    1. Exactly. City has been like this since the 90s. The private sector won. That’s what happens in public-private partnerships.
