In its current state Westfield does not have the public resources and infrastructure to handle these massive projects. For these to be successful a lot more support pieces will need to go into place, i.e. fire, police, EMS, public works personnel and equipment.

Westfield can have these massive projects. Unless they are large expensive homes they do not pay for themselves. We are working hard in my community to control and manage growth so it fits and doesn’t change the vibe of the town. I hope we can keep it that way.
Three units per acre is pretty low density.
