Summit Realty Group logo change emphasizes Cushman & Wakefield tie

The locally based commercial real estate brokerage Summit Realty Group has redesigned its logo to put more emphasis on its membership in a global real estate alliance.

Summit has been part of the privately owned Cushman & Wakefield Alliance since 2002, but its old branding featured the C&W name less prominently. The alliance is rolling out the new dual-logo design across its 28 member firms representing 58 markets. The firm’s actual name will not change.
