The three founders of Greenwood-based Leading Edge Commercial Real Estate Services have sold the firm’s commercial real estate division to one of their associates, Gretchen Radke.
The company has coordinated more than 250 deals since it was founded four years ago by Brenda Richards, Lori Pfeiffer and Cathy Richards.
Brenda Richards will remain as an associate, Pfeiffer will continue to operate the firm’s property-management division, and Cathy Richards has joined locally based Grubb & Ellis-Harding Dahm & Co. as a sales and leasing adviser.
The company did not say what precipitated the deal.
