MZD Advertising office returns to downtown

MZD Advertising recently moved its offices from 8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd. on the city’s north side to 120 E. Vermont St. downtown.

“We wanted to be back downtown to have a more central location and to be nearer to more of our clients,” said MZD spokesman David Ayers. “This opportunity was too good to pass up.”

In November 2007, MZD moved from its longtime downtown Meridian Street location—from a building owned by former agency partner Robert Montgomery—to Woodfield Crossing.

At the time, MZD officials said the location just south of East 86th Street and Keystone Avenue gave the agency a higher profile and more efficient, professional workspace.

But Ayers said MZD officials have since realized they need to be more centrally located.•
