Arrow, which makes and supplies a variety of packaging materials, plans to invest $3.5 million in new machinery and improvements at its 80,000-square-foot facility on the city’s southeast side, economic development officials announced Monday.
Founded in Indianapolis in 1982, the 60-employee company plans to begin hiring 65 additional production associates later this year.
Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Arrow as much as $400,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $75,000 in training grants based on its job-creation plans. The city will consider additional property tax abatement at the request of Develop Indy.
