Deloitte employees take part in company-wide volunteer day

Eli Lilly and Co. isn’t the only company to set aside a day for volunteering. The Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte had its
10th annual IMPACT Day June 5.

In Indianapolis, 175 people worked at six different charities, including Second
Helpings, Fletcher Place Community Center and Gleaners Food Bank. They helped sort donations, prepare boxes of food, landscape
and clean.

"Today’s non-profits need our help more than ever," said Kevin Callon, a director in Deloitte’s
Indianapolis office. "So it’s rewarding to give back and draw attention to agencies that are fighting harder than ever
to address hunger and homelessness."

Deloitte’s IMPACT Day involves 700 organizations in 70 cities. All 44,000
employees are encouraged to participate.
