I was shocked to see my name associated with what was portrayed as the solicitation of a minor in relation to securities trading [Sept. 2]. While your article correctly describes me as an alienated and victimized former principal of Omnicity, I played no role in soliciting or encouraging Tanner to invest in the company.
I invested all of my own money in the company via equity and unsecured debt, and lost it. I stand with investors that lost money in this venture.
Although I have never been contacted, I look forward to cooperating with the Secretary of State’s Office and all authorities regarding not only Tanner’s grievance, but on any matters relating to my involvement in Omnicity.

former chairman and CEO, Omnicity Inc.
