IBJ’s [Nov. 25] editorial endorsing the proposed panhandling ordinance was definitely on point. This approach by the city was well thought out and will hopefully eliminate this unsightly and disruptive activity from our downtown streets.
Now, if the City-County Council and the mayor would do something about the teenage violence downtown—perhaps a curfew?
