Finish Line extends 500 Festival relationship

Indianapolis-based Finish Line Inc. has signed a multi-year agreement to extend its title sponsorship
of the 500 Festival’s 5K race held each May, officials announced today.

As part of the deal, the athletic shoe and
clothing retailer also extended its associate sponsorship of the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, held the same day
as the 5K.

The 500 Festival is a not-for-profit founded in 1957 to organize events celebrating the Indianapolis 500.

The
group did not disclose the length of the new contract.

The 2010 races will be run on May 8. The 5K has grown from 2,400
participants in 2000 to a cap of 4,000 this year. The registration fee is $25 through Nov. 30, and $30 from Dec. 1 until the
maximum field of 4,000 is reached.
