  1. Very complicated business, and yes, you can’t control weather. That said, I wound how many of the “flight problems” would magically disappear if the airlines felt the financial pain they regularly inflict on their customer? Unfortunately with the politicians on the payroll, we’ll never know.

  2. Saw firsthand the issues they were having this past Sat. We were flying from Orlando back to Indy on Sat night… according to a Southwest rep, our flight was one of three or four flights that were still going that evening… everything else was canceled.
    The line of passengers going from the service desk took 2 min to walk (I took a quick video for posterity’s sake). I feel for those that are still stuck (sounded like most people were having to wait till Tue – Thurs before getting a flight back).
