Let’s sell the perfect air mobility facility in the center of downtown and then do a three-year study with the FAA of where the perfect air mobility facility should be located downtown. Then the airport authority will buy a new site for $20mm-$25mm on land owned by everyone’s favorite developers. Sounds about right for local and federal government.
