  1. As a resident of the Near Northwest who lives a couple of blocks away from multiple BWI developments, I can assure you that the concerns are not just shared by a small number of detractors. The city councilor for this area has allowed this developer to keep having issues with his multiple developments in the neighborhood, for over a decade now.
