I’ve watched the presentation for Shining A Light on Monument Circle [Paying tribute nightly, Nov. 1]. I think it looks very tacky. With all the social needs in the city I am upset that Lilly Endowment has wasted at least $7 million on something in such poor taste. Monument Circle is beautiful as is.
