Over the past 20 years, Republicans have fled Marion County. The Democrats don’t care how many grieving mothers there are…they just don’t! They’ll shout their idiotic slogans and cheers….meanwhile, people die! I grew up on the East side…The Little Flower area. Within blocks of my old house, its a killing field. One common denominator of urban America….run by Democrats. There’s just no redeeming value to the party of hate and death!

Based on this article it actually sounds like all the stake holders have a pretty good plan in place, whether you trust or believe the mayor or the prosecutor. Also gotta realize ISP will be around and I’m assuming plain clothes law enforcement. There are a lot of areas to be covered within the larger downtown area. 11 pm to 6 am will be the critical times.

Isn’t it a sad commentary that all of your points even need to be made. Realize that most of the “plans” will be reacting after the fact. No one is willing, due to political correctness, to address the real issues and who the actors are. And then we get into profiling etc.
If some of the idealists were actually present to see the roving gangs (nothing the city or media want to address) they may have a different perspective.
I actually have been there, witnessed it, and had to deal with it.
This is not utopia.
