  1. Considering the currently cancelled White River State Park expansion is in a life sciences district, it’s probably a good idea to invest a measly (by comparison) $15 million in it.

  2. These performance-based tax credits are not an “investment.” Meanwhile, whatever happened to AAR leaving the airport, and why did IEDC fail to compete to retain the business in Indiana? IEDC is a mess.
