Are EV’s better for the environment? Yes, but you know what’s better than buying a $50K+ EV that required polluting the earth throughout the process? Maintaining your current vehicle(s) and driving them into the ground. Get the longest useful life out of a product. Building anything new requires a lot of resources which undoes the very reason people buy green products. The vast majority of ICE vehicles built today are capable of driving 200k miles or more. A lot of them don’t make it because people are lazy, spoiled with tech, or accidents take them off the road. Stop that from happening and you become the solution. Buying a new vehicle solves nothing.
CO2 is .04% of the atmosphere and man-made CO2 is less than .01%!
If the environment was the issue, wouldn’t they try and control water vapor in the atmosphere. Global elites can’t control water vapor, but they can control the population by eliminating CO2.
You know as the planet heats up from greenhouse gases, (i.e. CO2), water vapor in the atmosphere increases. Warmer air holds more water, and warmer water evaporates faster.
Maybe cutting down on CO2 would cut down on the heating and lead to less water vapor?
Climate change is a hoax designed to take our wealth and freedom. Shun the hoaxers.

Maybe the EPA should be looking at all of those light duty trucks. I’ll bet 80% of those trucks on the road were bought to be used as passenger vehicles because Merican’s like those big roomy seats.
