  1. As a former member I can assure you it’s buried on the website, BUT the cancelation page is not impossible to find. FTC is not going to “win” anything in court with this case; LA Fitness saw it coming. Almost all the locations are going out of business anyways as Crunch Fitness seems to buying them up.

  2. Amazing how easy it is to join a subscription but how hard it is to cancel as subscription. It is not just an LA Fitness issue but it goes to a number of other subscrion services. Cancellation needs to be a direct link under the profile, no where else.

    1. Thank the Republicans for killing Biden’s “click to cancel” policy. That’s what “less business regulations” look like for a Republican politician.

  3. We had a membership and after multiple phone calls and visits was finally able to cancel. It crossed over a calendar year, so I ended up being charged their annual fee which I wasn’t happy about. Their cancellation process was difficult at best, and the staff was not helpful at all!
