  1. What an insane way to spend our txpayer money. I guess it doesn’t matter when you’re spending Other People’s Money. If this happened in private business, heads would roll,.

  2. The insane spend of taxpayer money was not investigating this properly in the first place.

    Had that occurred, the criminal activity would have been stopped much sooner, reducing the number of victims and the total payout.
