  1. What it means is the farmers are in a pickle thanks to Trump’s “Liberating” tariffs which have caused inflation, continued price hikes and really little or nothing to show for all of the B.S. coming from Washington and the failure of our representives in Congress to open their mouths and object. And they wonder why there are “No Kings” rallies.

  2. A classic case of negative consequences from an ill concieved policy cooked up by a group of unqualified people eager to please Trump. China, unlike many other countries, will not bend to Trump’s bullying. The Chinese feel they are destined to become the next super power and they will go the great lenghts to show the world they are better than Trump.

  3. Farmers voted big for Trump despite knowing his policies would negatively affect them.

“Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”

No bailouts for farmers from the tax increase (tariffs) Trump has illegitimately imposed on us.

  4. Maybe the countries who bought all the soybeans from Brazil will have to buy theirs from the US now since China is looking to purchase everything Brazil can produce.

  5. Last time this happened Brazil sold all their beans to China and then bought ours for themselves to basically launder the beans around our policy.
If we really need so much soybean oil in the USA… Maybe Bunge and Conagra can buy the farmers beans and increase oil production right here in the good ol’ US of A !! And Let China swim in their oil glut.
