  1. Dear IBJ readers, I know this organization well. They perform a very solid service to young people leaving the Foster Care system and are good stewards of their funding. I have gladly donated for many years. Please consider adding Foster Success to your charitable giving; they are worthy of your support. Don Arbogast

  2. Under Trump and Braun, the federal and state governments do not consider funding for social services to be a legitimate need. Instead, they embrace the concept of “personal responsibility” regardless of your physical or mental ability, or what family you happened to be born into.

  3. “Families First”. What a crock. THIS is how Republicans set their priorities. I am hard-pressed to think of other groups of people that are more in need of help. Please help me find the bible passage that says to let orphaned/ or abandoned children fend for themselves. /s

    1. David G – sorry I cited a statistic for payments to deceased Medicaid patients – wrong story. That said, how about you go in and volunteer your expertise to this worthwhile organization and figure out how they can manage to make their mission work with $600,000 less grants out of a $5,000,000 budget? Get back to us once you’ve solved that “excess spending”. Or, maybe you don’t give a darn.

  4. David. You know who doesnt care? DJT and the wide spread endorsement from people who believe these kids and families dont really count. Merry Christmas Sir!
