    1. What Jaron said. Indiana was foolish to give data centers all kinds of tax incentives 6-7 years ago, then to later think to themselves, wow, is this a good idea? Do they actually create jobs?

    2. The assumption is that the approving authorities will make it conditions of approval. That will require it to happen or no project. It’s really simple
