There’s a simple way to solve all the debate about Jackson and thats simply to look at her dissenting writings. She’s even been criticized by the other liberal justice, Sonia Sotomayor for her lack of understanding in the powers given to a sitting president by congress. She has embarrassed herself in numerous rulings and fuels the assumption that she’s just another DEI hire that was force-fed to us all.
