In Abdul-Hakim Shabazz’s column on July 15 [“Republicans are struggling to figure out what to do,” Forefront], he asks who to penalize for an illegal abortion. His list does not include the father.
In fact, the pro-choice believers rarely even mention the fathers. I was unaware of the existence of so many immaculate conceptions!
I do not understand recreational sex without birth control (IUDs, the pill, the shot, male condoms, female condoms, vasectomies, etc.) What is wrong with the concept of individual responsibility?
