  1. I’m surprised at how nice the art scene is here with his little money that is spent per capita. Imagine what they could do with even double the amount being spent.
    I think the arts scene here in Indianapolis covers a broad variety of things that should suit anyone and I don’t think anyone should have any problem with supporting the arts.
