The company, which says it outgrew its location at 7402 E. 90th S. in Indianapolis, is the second tenant to join Washington Business Park, a 75-acre development near State Road 37 and 146th Street.
Morrell Group is occupying about 32,000 square feet and will employ 33 people.
“We are excited to settle into our new home in Noblesville,” said Mark Garrett, president of Morrell Group, in written remarks. “This is a growing community, and Morrell Group is thrilled to be embracing the opportunities our partners and customers have presented us within this new facility.”
Morrell specializes in industrial and mobile applications for automation and controls, including pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic and lubrication applications.
Washington Business Park, established in 2021, is projected to be home to more than 500 jobs when fully occupied. The business park is a public-private project between Noblesville and Patch Development.
