June minor league football, with a few beers. Could be fun. Best venue would Marian’s field. Second best would be Butler.
The soccer/rugby field on west 16th street that’s being upgraded,. It’s the old CYO field across the street from old Victory Field (Bush/Perry) would be a pretty nice venue. In 1937 Indy had an actual NFL team that played at what was then Perry Stadium. Weren’t very competitive on the field or at the gate, folded.
