One of the best things about the Village of Zionsville is that we don’t have chain stores. No resturant chains, no retail chains. Just family owned and operated businesses. The Farm (which is definately not a farm) will be chain restaurants. If that’s what you like fine but if you want to support family owned and operated business come into the village to eat and shop.
We will be forced to get a ton of chains as Zionsville continues to approve housing developments everywhere. This week alone they have approved over 700 new homes to be stuffed in here with 300 more in the next rezone hearing on November 17th. Sell while you can get out before its a loss. “Uniquely Zionsville”
The farm is no longer a farm, however Zionsville is no longer a village. I agree, Zionsville village is a wonderful place to eat and shop and patronize local businesses, but the town of Zionsville is growing fast and its nice to have more variety in restaurants to chose from, especially on Sundays and Mondays when a lot of the local village options are closed.
